The intelligent traction robot comprises a vehicle body, an electrical system, a power assembly and a traction part, the vehicle body comprises a main vehicle body and a side vehicle frame, the main vehicle body is provided with an upper mounting cavity and a lower mounting cavity, the electrical system is integrated in the upper mounting cavity, and the power assembly is arranged in the lower mounting cavity; axle assemblies penetrating through the lower mounting cavity in the left-right direction are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the lower portion of the main vehicle body correspondingly, rotating wheels are connected to the two sides of each axle assembly correspondingly, and tracks are meshed with the outer sides of the rotating wheels on the two sides; the power assembly comprises four driving motors and transmission devices, and each driving motor is independently connected with the corresponding rotating wheel through the corresponding transmission device. The main vehicle body has the advantage of high integration, and the power assembly adopts the four motors to independently drive the respective crawler wheels, so that the motors with larger sizes can be accommodated under the same trunk width, and the vehicle has the advantages of compact structure, small size, high torque, strong load capacity and flexibility in operation.

    本申请涉及一种智能牵引机器人,包括车身主体、电气系统、动力总成及牵引部,车身主体包括主车体、侧车架,主车体具有上安装腔和下安装腔,电气系统集成于上安装腔,动力总成设置于下安装腔;主车体下部的前后两端分别设有沿左右方向贯穿下安装腔的轮轴总成,轮轴总成的两侧分别连接有转轮,两侧转轮的外侧啮合有履带;动力总成包括四个驱动电机及传动装置,各个的驱动电机分别通过传动装置与转轮独立连接。本申请中的主车体具有集成性高的优势,且动力总成采用四个电机独立驱动各自的履带轮,使得可以在同等躯干宽度下容下更大尺寸电机,具有结构紧凑、体积小、扭矩高、负载能力强、操作灵活的优势。
