The invention provides a train emergency braking response method and device for a full-automatic operation system test. The method comprises the following steps: a TIAS receives a reason for the current emergency braking of a train sent by a VOBC; emergency braking of the train is automatically relieved according to the reason for currently implementing emergency braking of the train; under the condition that automatic relieving fails, emergency braking of the train is remotely and manually relieved according to an emergency braking relieving instruction sent by the TIAS to the VOBC; and under the condition that the emergency braking relieving instruction is used for relieving unsuccessfully, local manual relieving is conducted on emergency braking of the train. According to the train emergency braking response method and device for testing the full-automatic operation system, real-time monitoring and timely relieving of train emergency braking in the full-automatic operation system are achieved, and train operation safety is guaranteed.
