The invention provides a train emergency braking method, device and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a current vehicle speed signal and current feedback pressure when an emergency control instruction is received; the current feedback pressure is a feedback value of the emergency braking pre-control pressure; target emergency braking pre-control pressure is obtained according to the current vehicle speed signal, and a target pressure error value is obtained according to the target emergency braking pre-control pressure and the current feedback pressure; if the target pressure error value is larger than the preset control error value, the current feedback pressure is compared with the target emergency braking pre-control pressure, and a pressure comparison result is obtained; generating a valve control instruction according to the pressure comparison result; the valve control command is used to control an emergency brake pre-control pressure value. According to the method, key components of a train pneumatic system are more reliable, fault diagnosis, operation and maintenance are simpler and more efficient, the method has better reliability and safety level, the safety requirement of emergency braking control is met, wheel rail adhesion is better utilized, and the braking distance is effectively shortened.

    本发明提供了一种列车紧急制动方法、装置及系统,方法包括:当接收紧急控制指令时,获取当前车辆速度信号及当前反馈压力;当前反馈压力为紧急制动预控压力的反馈值;根据当前车辆速度信号,得到目标紧急制动预控压力,根据目标紧急制动预控压力及当前反馈压力,得到目标压力误差值;若目标压力误差值大于预设控制误差值时,对当前反馈压力与目标紧急制动预控压力进行比较,得到压力比较结果;根据压力比较结果,生成阀控制指令;阀控制指令用于控制紧急制动预控压力值。本发明使列车气动系统的关键部件更加可靠,故障诊断和运维也更加简单高效,具有更好的可靠性和安全等级,满足紧急制动控制的安全需求,更好利用轮轨黏着,有效减少了制动距离。
