The invention discloses an automobile dangerous driving behavior analysis and accident prevention system and method. The system comprises a data receiving module, a data synchronous processing module, a feature engineering module, a deep learning module, a coordination decision module and a communication module. The data receiving module is used for receiving data information transmitted by a sensor, and the data synchronization processing module is used for performing timestamp alignment on data from different vehicles; the feature engineering module is used for extracting the vehicle distance, the relative speed and the traffic information state; the deep learning module generates a distributed reinforcement learning model and is used for calculating the driving danger coefficient of the vehicle, the driving danger coefficient of the vehicle is calculated by using a vehicle sensor and computer computing power resources and is fed back to the vehicle in time to take forced safety measures, the probability of traffic accidents is reduced, and meanwhile, by means of cloud computing power resources, the safety of the vehicle is improved. The burden of a host in a local automobile is relieved, and all vehicles in the area can be better coordinated.
