The invention provides an intelligent protection system, method and device for a fast charging relay and a medium. A battery management module obtains a pile end available current value of a fast charging pile from the fast charging pile in real time; the vehicle-mounted charging module monitors the current temperature value of the fast charging relay in real time; when the whole vehicle main control module judges that the fast charging relay reaches a preset state, a first charging instruction is sent to a battery management module to drive a vehicle-mounted charging module to charge a power battery according to a current chargeable current value, and a cooling device is driven to cool the fast charging relay; therefore, the current temperature value of the fast charging relay is lower than the first temperature threshold value. According to the system and the method, the quick charging relay is cooled through the cooling device, so that abnormal quick charging stop caused by automatic physical disconnection of the quick charging relay due to over-high temperature is avoided, the quick charging efficiency of the electric vehicle is improved, and the user experience is also improved.
