The invention discloses an internal balance type fatigue test device and test method for a tail rotor connecting piece, in the test device, test pieces are hinged with a damper load loading mechanism and a small pull rod load loading mechanism, so that a small pull rod load and a damper load are directly loaded on the test pieces; the test piece is respectively connected with the centrifugal force load loading mechanism, the shimmy load loading mechanism and the flapping load loading mechanism through the blade false piece, so that the centrifugal force load, the shimmy load and the flapping load are transmitted to the test piece through the blade false piece; the blade false part is provided with an anti-torsion assembly, and the axial torsion motion of the blade false part and the test piece is limited through the anti-torsion assembly in the test loading process. According to the technical scheme, the problems that according to an existing fatigue test scheme for the tail rotor hub connecting piece, axial centering operation is complex in the installation process, and adjustment operation for guaranteeing the levelness of a centrifugal force loading point is complex are solved.

    本发明公开一种用于尾桨连接件的内平衡式疲劳试验装置和试验方法,试验装置中试验件之间与阻尼器载荷加载机构和小拉杆载荷加载机构铰接,使得小拉杆载荷、阻尼器载荷直接加载至试验件上;试验件通过桨叶假件分别与离心力载荷加载机构、摆振载荷加载机构和挥舞载荷加载机构连接,使得离心力载荷、摆振载荷、挥舞载荷通过桨叶假件传递至试验件;桨叶假件安装有防扭组件,在试验加载过程中通过防扭组件限制桨叶假件和试验件的轴向扭转运动。本发明的技术方案解决了针对尾桨毂连接件的现有疲劳试验方案,由于安装过程轴向对中操作复杂,以及用于保证离心力加载点水平度的调节操作复杂的问题。
