The invention provides a control valve structure, a hydraulic control system and a tractor. The control valve structure comprises a main valve body; the main valve rod is movably arranged in the main flow path in a penetrating manner; the bypass valve and the cushion valve are arranged on the second branch flow path at intervals, and the main flow path communicates with the second branch flow path located between the bypass valve and the cushion valve; when the main valve rod is located at the plugging position, the inlet valve is closed, the bypass valve is opened, and the cushion valve is closed, so that fluid in the main flow path flows back through the first backflow flow path; when the main valve rod is located at the avoiding position, the inlet valve is opened, and the bypass valve and the cushion valve are closed, so that fluid in the main flow path flows out through the first communication flow path; when the main valve rod is located at the buffering position, the inlet valve and the bypass valve are closed, and the buffering valve is opened, so that fluid in the main flow path flows out through the second backflow flow path. By means of the technical scheme, the technical problem that in the prior art, impact pressure borne by a control valve structure during position switching is large can be solved.

    本发明提供了一种控制阀结构、液压控制系统以及拖拉机,控制阀结构包括:主阀体;主阀杆可移动地穿设在主流路内;旁通阀和缓冲阀间隔设置在第二分支流路上,主流路与位于旁通阀和缓冲阀之间的第二分支流路连通;当主阀杆处于封堵位置时,入口阀关闭、旁通阀打开、缓冲阀关闭,以使主流路内的流体经第一回流流路回流;当主阀杆处于避让位置时,入口阀打开、旁通阀和缓冲阀均关闭,以使主流路内的流体经第一连通流路流出;当主阀杆处于缓冲位置时,入口阀和旁通阀关闭、缓冲阀打开,以使主流路内的流体经第二回流流路流出。通过本发明提供的技术方案,能够解决现有技术中的控制阀结构在位置切换时受到的冲击压力较大的技术问题。
