本发明提供了一种控制阀结构、液压控制系统以及拖拉机,控制阀结构包括:主阀体;主阀杆可移动地穿设在主流路内;旁通阀和缓冲阀间隔设置在第二分支流路上,主流路与位于旁通阀和缓冲阀之间的第二分支流路连通;当主阀杆处于封堵位置时,入口阀关闭、旁通阀打开、缓冲阀关闭,以使主流路内的流体经第一回流流路回流;当主阀杆处于避让位置时,入口阀打开、旁通阀和缓冲阀均关闭,以使主流路内的流体经第一连通流路流出;当主阀杆处于缓冲位置时,入口阀和旁通阀关闭、缓冲阀打开,以使主流路内的流体经第二回流流路流出。通过本发明提供的技术方案,能够解决现有技术中的控制阀结构在位置切换时受到的冲击压力较大的技术问题。
