The invention discloses a low-frequency noise sound insulation composite core material for a ship wallboard and a preparation method thereof.The lightweight sound insulation composite core material comprises, by mass, 65-80% of micron-sized superfine glass fibers, 15-25% of nano-sized electrostatic spinning polymer fibers and 3-5% of a cross-linking agent, the micron-sized superfine glass fibers are prepared through a flame method, and the nano-sized electrostatic spinning polymer fibers are prepared through a flame method. The superfine glass fibers and the polymer fibers are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that effective winding and coating among the fibers can be realized, and controllable construction of a three-dimensional network structure and a multi-stage gap structure constructed by the micron-sized superfine glass microfibers and the nano-sized polymer fibers is realized. More fine pores are introduced by using fibers with smaller average diameters, so that the porosity of the core material is increased, the machining strength and the specific surface area of the composite fiber core material are improved, and finally the sound absorption performance of the lightweight sound insulation composite core material on low-frequency noise of 500 Hz and below 500 Hz is improved.

    本发明公开了一种针对低频噪音的船壁板用隔音复合芯材及其制备方法,所述轻量化隔音复合芯材按质量百分数计组分包括:微米级超细玻璃纤维65~80wt%,纳米级静电纺丝高分子纤维15~25wt%和交联剂3~5wt%,微米级超细玻璃纤维由火焰法制备,超细玻璃纤维和高分子纤维分别一一对应粗细搭配可以实现纤维间有效缠绕和包覆,实现微米级超细玻璃微纤维和纳米级高分子纤维所构建的三维网络结构和多级空隙结构的可控构建。利用平均直径更细的纤维引入更多细小孔隙,从而增加芯材的孔隙率,提升复合纤维芯材的机械加工强度和比表面积,最终提高轻量化隔音复合芯材针对500Hz及以下低频噪音的吸声性能。
