The tool comprises a bearing frame, a first transverse rail is arranged on the bearing frame, a moving trolley is arranged on the first transverse rail, a sling with a lifting hook is arranged on the moving trolley through a winding mechanism, and a weight sensor is arranged on the lifting hook; a second transverse rail parallel to the first transverse rail is arranged below the first transverse rail, a synchronous trolley synchronously moving with the moving trolley is arranged on the second transverse rail, a plurality of telescopic pieces are vertically installed on the synchronous trolley, and a bearing block is arranged at the top of each telescopic piece; each bearing block is provided with a distance sensor used for detecting the vertical distance between the bearing block and the surface of the air cylinder body. The tool further comprises a controller. The hoisting tool is provided with the protection mechanism, the cylinder body can be effectively supported when the cylinder body accidentally falls off in the hoisting process, the adopted supporting structure is beneficial to reducing impact force to the maximum extent, multiple buffering effects are provided, and therefore impact damage to the cylinder body is reduced.
本发明公开了双燃料柴油机气缸体的吊运工装及方法,工装包括承重架,承重架上设有第一橫轨,第一橫轨上设有移动小车,移动小车上通过收卷机构设有带吊钩的吊索,吊钩上设有重量传感器;第一橫轨下方设有与第一橫轨平行的第二橫轨,第二橫轨上设有与移动小车同步移动的同步小车,同步小车上竖立安装有若干个伸缩件,每个伸缩件顶部设有承托块,每个承托块上设有用于检测承托块与气缸体表面之间竖直距离的距离传感器;工装还包括控制器。该吊运工装配备有防护机构,能够在气缸体吊运过程中意外掉落时对气缸体进行有效承托,且所采用的承托结构有助于最大限度的降低撞击力,并提供多重缓冲作用,从而降低对气缸体的撞击损伤。
