The invention relates to a propeller and flight equipment. The propeller comprises a center shaft, a propeller hub, blades, a folding mechanism and a clutch mechanism, the center shaft is suitable for being connected to an output shaft of the rotor motor, the propeller hub is connected to the center shaft and can be driven by the center shaft to rotate, the blades are rotatably connected to the propeller hub, and the folding mechanism is connected between the propeller hub and the blades to control the blades to be unfolded or folded relative to the propeller hub. The clutch mechanism is connected between the propeller hub and the propeller blades, the clutch mechanism comprises a driving part, a first clutch part and a second clutch part, the first clutch part is connected to the driving part, the second clutch part is connected to the folding mechanism, and the first clutch part can be clamped with or separated from the second clutch part under the driving of the driving part. According to the propeller, through the special design of the clutch mechanism, the power of the rotor wing motor is introduced into the folding mechanism, so that the folding mechanism does not need an independent motor, the structure of the propeller is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the propeller is reduced.
