The invention provides a floating platform, a photovoltaic power generation assembly and a photovoltaic power generation system.The floating platform comprises a floating bottom plate, a connecting assembly and an anchoring assembly, an anchoring cavity and an anchoring channel penetrating through the floating bottom plate are formed in the floating bottom plate, and the connecting assembly is arranged on the side wall of the floating bottom plate; the floating bottom plate buffering device comprises an anchoring cavity used for connecting two adjacent floating bottom plates and buffering fluctuation of the floating bottom plates, and an anchoring assembly which comprises a push rod mechanism arranged in the anchoring cavity, an anchoring telescopic rod arranged in the anchoring cavity, an anchoring block arranged in an anchoring channel, a locking mechanism arranged on the anchoring block and an anchoring rod inserted in the anchoring channel. Through the arrangement of the first spring, the second spring and the ball joint, the first spring and the second spring can buffer the bottom plate in multiple directions at the same time, the buffering effect is better, through the arrangement of the anchoring assembly, the floating bottom plate can be fixed, and after the anchoring assembly is fixed, the floating platform can move up and down along the anchoring rod along with the fluctuation of the water level.
