The invention relates to the technical field of brake drums, and discloses an energy-saving brake drum radiator for a heavy truck, the energy-saving brake drum radiator comprises an arc block, a driven gear, a driving gear, a heat dissipation main water tank and a heat dissipation connecting groove, the arc block comprises a top block and a bottom block, and heat dissipation grooves and inner grooves are formed in the top block and the bottom block. Through cooperation of structures such as an arc block, a driven gear, a driving gear, a heat dissipation main water tank, a rolling wheel, a rotating drum, a first gear and a bevel gear, after a driver steps on a brake, the rolling wheel can be attached to an outer drum along with the arc block, and therefore the driven gear and the driving gear are finally driven to rotate through the multiple structures; and the second pipe is connected to the truck water tank, so that when the driving gear rotates, the flowing rate of water flow in the heat dissipation main water tank can be increased, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved, a rotating drum is used for collecting part of brake kinetic energy, and the part of kinetic energy is used for providing power for active heat dissipation of the brake drum.

    本发明涉及刹车鼓技术领域,且公开了一种针对重型卡车的节能型刹车鼓散热器,包括弧块、从动齿轮、主动齿轮、散热主水槽和散热连接槽,所述弧块包括顶块和底块,所述顶块和底块的内部均开设有散热槽和内槽。本发明通过设置弧块、从动齿轮、主动齿轮、散热主水槽、滚轮、转动鼓、第一齿轮和锥形齿轮等结构的配合,从而实现在司机踩下刹车之后,滚轮会跟随弧块贴合在外鼓上,从而通过多个结构最终来带动从动齿轮和主动齿轮旋转,并且由于第二管是连接在货车水箱上,这样当主动齿轮旋转就可以提高水流在散热主水槽内的流动速率,从而提高散热效率,并且利用转动鼓来收集部分刹车动能,并利用这部分动能来为刹车鼓的主动散热提供动力。
