The invention provides a rear protection device and a vehicle. The rear protection device comprises an anti-collision beam and a mounting bracket, the anti-collision beam is made of a first composite material. The installation support is connected to the anti-collision beam and used for fixing the anti-collision beam to an external structure. And the mounting bracket is made of a second composite material. In this way, the weight of the rear protection device can be reduced, and light weight of the rear protection device is achieved.
