The invention discloses a time-varying electricity price-based battery exchange station charging scheduling method. The method comprises the following steps of: predicting a battery exchange demand of a battery exchange station in a future time period; constructing a charging scheduling model by taking the minimum total charging cost of one-time scheduling of all batteries of the battery swap station as a target; matching all batteries in the battery swap station with each battery swap demand in the future time period in sequence; the charging cost, the charging scheduling scheme and the swap-out electric quantity of a single battery are obtained through the charging scheduling plan; solving the charging scheduling model to obtain a switching-out scheme and the total charging cost, wherein the switching-out scheme is optimally matched with each battery switching demand in the future time period and corresponds to a single battery in the battery switching station; and performing charging scheduling on each battery based on the battery swap-out scheme and the charging scheduling scheme in the battery swap station. According to the method, individual charging scheduling is carried out on each battery, so that the minimum individual charging cost is realized under the condition that the service quality of a user is not influenced, and meanwhile, the optimal swap-out time is matched for each battery by predicting the future battery swap demand.

    本发明公开了基于时变电价的电池交换站充电调度方法,包括:预测换电站未来时段的换电需求量;以对换电站所有电池进行一次调度的总体充电成本最小为目标构建充电调度模型;将换电站中所有电池依次与未来时段的各个换电需求进行匹配;对通过充电调度规划得到单个电池的充电成本、充电调度方案和换出电量;求解充电调度模型得到换电站中对应单个电池与未来时段的各个换电需求最优匹配的换出方案以及总体充电成本;基于换电站中电池的换出方案与充电调度方案对各个电池进行充电调度。本发明通过对每块电池进行单独的充电调度来实现在不影响用户服务质量的条件下最小化的单体充电成本,同时通过预测未来的换电需求来为每块电池匹配最优的换出时间。
