The invention discloses a charging control method of a low-voltage storage battery, a battery manager and a new energy commercial vehicle, the battery manager for the new energy commercial vehicle is used for managing the low-voltage storage battery, and the charging control method comprises the following steps: when the new energy commercial vehicle is in a power-off state, the battery manager is used for managing the low-voltage storage battery; sending a remote charging request signal to a whole vehicle controller of the new energy commercial vehicle under the condition that the low-voltage storage battery is detected to meet the remote charging condition; after receiving a charging permission signal provided by the vehicle control unit, controlling the low-voltage storage battery to perform charging; and after the residual electric quantity value of the low-voltage storage battery is higher than the first preset electric quantity threshold value, controlling the low-voltage storage battery to stop charging. By the adoption of the charging control method, the low-voltage storage battery can be charged in time when the low-voltage storage battery lacks electricity, the problem that the vehicle cannot be started normally due to the fact that the low-voltage storage battery lacks electricity is solved, and the intelligent charging control function of the low-voltage storage battery is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种低压蓄电池的补电控制方法、电池管理器和新能源商用车,用于新能源商用车的电池管理器,电池管理器用于管理低压蓄电池,补电控制方法包括:在新能源商用车处于下电状态,且检测到低压蓄电池满足远程补电条件的情况下,发送远程补电请求信号至新能源商用车的整车控制器;接收到整车控制器提供的补电允许信号后,控制低压蓄电池进行补电;直至低压蓄电池的剩余电量值高于第一预设电量阈值后,控制低压蓄电池停止补电。采用该补电控制方法能够在低压蓄电池亏电时及时为低压蓄电池补电,避免因低压蓄电池亏电导致的车辆无法正常起机的问题,实现低压蓄电池智能补电控制功能。
