The invention provides a tail door inner plate forming method and a tail door inner plate. The tail door inner plate forming method comprises the following steps: cutting a thermoplastic one-way continuous fiber coiled material to form a plurality of reinforcing layer material sheets with required shapes; laying a plurality of the reinforcing layer material sheets to form a reinforcing layer material sheet laying layer; heating and softening the forming reinforcing layer material sheet paving layer to form a softened reinforcing layer material sheet paving layer; the softened reinforcing layer material sheet is laid and placed into a forming mold, and plastic particles are injected into the forming mold; and performing injection molding to form an inner plate main body combined with the softened reinforcing layer material sheet paving layer so as to form the tail door inner plate. According to the tail door inner plate forming method, the inner plate body and the reinforcing laminated part are formed at a time, the process complexity of bonding or mechanically connecting the reinforcing laminated part after an existing tail door inner plate is formed is reduced, the tail door inner plate has higher structural strength and lighter weight, a better weight reduction effect can be achieved, and higher designability is achieved.
