This tire state determination system (100) acquires, from a vehicle (50), state data (S104) including various kinds of information capable of affecting the deterioration of a base part of a tire (1), calculates an evaluation value (S) indicating the state of the base part of the tire (1) on the basis of the acquired state data (S105), and determines the reusability of the tire (1) on the basis of the evaluation value (S) (S106).
