The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobile power supplies, and particularly relates to a battery SOC estimation method and a power supply management system, which comprise a hardware part and a software part. The hardware part comprises a battery information acquisition module, a control module, a charging and discharging module, a display module and a power supply body; the software part utilizes matlab to convert a trained GRU model into an ONNX format, C language conversion is carried out in STM32X-CUBE-AI, the compression ratio is selected to be 8, and the model is successfully deployed in an MCU; according to the method, model training is carried out by adopting multi-working-condition data set integration, and full-scene driving conditions of the automobile in real life are restored, so that the training model has more practical significance and authenticity.
