The invention relates to a large-space anti-interference electro-hydraulic hybrid drive rigid-flexible coupling hoisting robot which comprises a frame body and a mechanical gripper suspended in the frame body through flexible cables, and the flexible cables comprise a first flexible cable and a second flexible cable which are arranged on the mechanical gripper in a staggered mode. The first flexible cable is connected with a first hoisting mechanism arranged on the top of the frame body after winding around the buffering mechanism, and the second flexible cable is connected with a second hoisting mechanism arranged on the ground after winding around the movable pulley mechanism. The first hoisting mechanism and the second hoisting mechanism drive the first flexible cable and the second flexible cable to stretch out and draw back correspondingly, and movement and overturning of the mechanical gripper can be achieved through stretching-out and drawing-back cooperation of the first flexible cable and the second flexible cable. According to the technical scheme, the robot has the advantages of being large in working space, high in bearing capacity, reliable in performance, high in degree of freedom, stable and reliable in clamping mechanism and the like, and interference between the flexible cable and an object can be effectively avoided.

    本发明涉及一种大空间防干涉的电液混合驱动刚柔耦合吊装机器人,包括框架体以及通过柔索悬吊在框架体内的机械抓手,所述的柔索包括交错布置在机械抓手上的第一柔索及第二柔索,所述的第一柔索绕经缓冲机构后与设置在框架体顶部的第一卷扬机构相连,所述的第二柔索绕经可移动滑轮机构后与设置在地面的第二卷扬机构相连;所述的第一卷扬机构及第二卷扬机构分别驱动第一柔索及第二柔索伸缩,第一柔索及第二柔索的伸缩配合可实现机械抓手的移动及翻转。由上述技术方案可知,该机器人具有工作空间大、承载能力强、性能可靠、自由度高、夹持机构稳定可靠等优点,并且可以有效避免柔索与物体之间的干涉。
