The system comprises a propeller strut, an anti-backward-tilting rod, a variable amplitude wheel, a variable amplitude pulley, an anti-backward-tilting rod pressure spring, an arm support inclined pull rope, a first lifting steel strand, a second lifting steel strand, an arm support, a lifting hook, a main winch, a variable amplitude winch, an electromagnetic clutch, a flywheel device, a storage battery, a speed increaser, an energy supply device, a hydraulic motor, a motor, a first shaft, a second shaft, a first left side plate hole and a second left side plate hole. A first right side plate hole, a second right side plate hole, a winding drum, a large transmission belt pulley, a small transmission belt pulley, a belt, a left driven disc, an electromagnetic coil, a right driven disc, a PID controller, a flywheel shell, a generator, a wire interface, a vacuum chamber, a flywheel and a high-temperature superconducting magnetic suspension bearing are included. The storage battery serves as an energy storage device, the flywheel device serves as an energy conversion device, a main winch drives a flywheel to rotate through a belt in the descending process of a hoisted heavy object of the truss arm crawler crane, and mechanical energy generated by rotation is converted into electric energy through a power generator in the flywheel device and then stored in the storage battery. If the energy supply device is a motor, in the next lifting period, the energy stored in the storage battery serves as an auxiliary energy supply unit to achieve auxiliary energy supply in the lifting process of the truss arm crawler crane, recycling and reusing of gravitational potential energy are achieved when the truss arm crawler crane lowers heavy objects, and therefore the purpose of saving energy is achieved. If the energy supply device is a hydraulic motor, in the next lifting period, the energy stored in the storage battery is used for supplying energy to other aspects such as illumination during operation of the truss arm crawler crane.
