The standby winding frame comprises a plurality of sets of tensioning rollers which are elastically and slidably connected, a cable penetrates through the tensioning rollers in a staggered mode and is elastically tensioned through the tensioning rollers, finally, the cable is vertically guided downwards through a bottom guide roller, and the cable unwound by the winding wheel is partially standby wound through the tensioning rollers which are elastically and slidably connected and is tensioned and stored. According to the device, normal synchronous unwinding is guaranteed, the standby winding effect is achieved at the same time, once the unwinding speed and the elevator running speed have errors, part of standby winding cables can be unwound through the standby winding frame or redundant cables can be tensioned and stored, the cables are prevented from being pulled or loosened, and the device has good development prospects.
