According to the seawater header pipe suitable for the bubble drag reduction system, two ship body structures are vertically arranged in a seabed box, the two ship body structures are each provided with an open hole, and the two open holes are staggered up and down. A seawater elbow is arranged at one end of the seawater header pipe in the seabed box, an opening of the seawater elbow is bent downwards, the other end of the seawater header pipe is sequentially connected with a seawater filter and a seawater branch pipe, a ventilation point is arranged at the top of the seawater filter, a ventilation point is arranged close to the seawater branch pipe, and the ventilation point sequentially comprises a bubble capturing short pipe, a stop valve and a ventilation pipe from bottom to top. The risk that bubbles generated by the bubble drag reduction system enter the seawater pump is reduced by optimizing the form of the seawater header pipe and the accessory composition. Bubbles are prevented from entering the seawater pump through ventilation points on the seawater branch pipe and the seawater filter. The design scheme needs to be adopted for ships adopting bubble drag reduction systems, and the method is suitable for projects which are shallow in draught and possibly generate bubbles to enter a seawater system under the severe sea condition at the same time.

    一种适用于气泡减阻系统的海水总管,海底箱内竖向设置有两个船体结构,两个船体结构上各开有一个开孔,两个开孔上下交错。海水总管位于海底箱内部的一端设置有海水弯头,海水弯头开口向下弯曲,海水总管另一端依次与海水滤器、海水支管连接,海水滤器顶部设置有透气点,靠近海水支管处设置有透气点,透气点自下而上依次是气泡捕捉短管、截止阀、透气管。通过优化海水总管的形式及附件组成,来降低气泡减阻系统产生的气泡进入海水泵的风险。通过海水支管及海水滤器上的透气点,以避免气泡进入海水泵内。对于采用气泡减阻系统的船舶,均需采用这种设计方案,本发明同时适用于某些吃水较浅,有可能在海况恶劣的情况下,产生气泡进入海水系统的项目。
