The invention relates to the technical field of steel rail detection, and discloses a steel rail detection robot which comprises a walking assembly which drives a structure carried on the walking assembly to share a space on a rail for cooperative operation in a skylight period and comprises walking wheels which are in bilateral symmetry and a connecting framework for establishing a single-side walking wheel connecting state; the detection piece is mounted on the walking assembly and is matched with the moving track of the walking assembly to detect track parameters; the piece placing assembly frame is installed at the upper ends of the connecting frameworks, the two ends of the piece placing assembly frame are in a symmetrical state, the piece placing assembly frame comprises supporting plates which are installed at the upper end of the connecting framework on one side to form a piece placing face, a locking rotary disc matched with the twisting state between the two supporting plates is arranged between the two supporting plates, and extrusion pieces are installed on opposite structural bodies of the two connecting frameworks; and when the external force borne by the extrusion piece is larger than the extrusion threshold value. The problem of how to enable the detection vehicle to pass through the turnout more safely under the condition of safe detection operation of the detection vehicle is solved.

    本发明涉及钢轨检测技术领域,且公开了一种钢轨检测机器人,包括:行走组件,其于天窗期带动搭载于其上的结构共享轨上空间协同作业,其包括有左右对称的行走轮以及建立单侧行走轮衔接状态的衔接构架;检测件,其安装于行走组件上并配合行走组件行动轨迹检测轨道参数;置件组架,其安装于衔接构架上端并呈两端对称状态,其包括有安装于单侧衔接构架上端以形成置件面的支撑板,两个支撑板之间配置有匹配两个支撑板之间扭转状态的止动转盘,两个所述衔接构架相对的结构体上安装有挤压件,以及在挤压件受到外力大于挤压阈值时。本发明解决了如何在检测车安全检测运行的情况下使得检测车更加安全过道岔的问题。
