The invention relates to the technical field of steel rail flaw detection, in particular to a steel rail flaw detection robot which comprises a cleaning mechanism and a spraying mechanism, the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning box, two cleaning sliding rods, a cleaning fixing pipe, a cleaning track and a cleaning stop lever, and the two cleaning sliding rods are slidably connected to the upper end of the cleaning box; the two cleaning sliding rods are slidably connected into the two cleaning fixing pipes correspondingly, the cleaning rails are slidably connected between the multiple cleaning rails, the multiple cleaning stop levers are slidably connected to the lower ends of the multiple cleaning rails correspondingly, the multiple cleaning stop levers are connected with the multiple cleaning rails through springs correspondingly, and the spraying mechanism comprises a spraying nozzle and a spraying switch. The device can collect foreign matters in the track in the track flaw detection process, can mark the positions of the foreign matters which cannot be cleaned, is convenient for workers to quickly position and process, prevents influence on normal operation of a train, saves manpower and material resources, and improves the working efficiency.

    本发明涉及钢轨探伤技术领域,更具体的说是一种钢轨探伤机器人,包括清理机构和喷涂机构,所述清理机构包括清理箱、清理滑杆、清理固定管、清理轨道和清理挡杆,两个清理滑杆均滑动连接在清理箱的上端,两个清理滑杆分别滑动连接在两个清理固定管内,清理轨道滑动连接在多个清理轨道之间,多个清理挡杆分别滑动连接在多个清理轨道的下端,多个清理挡杆分别和多个清理轨道通过弹簧连接,喷涂机构包括喷涂喷头和喷涂开关,本装置能够在进行轨道探伤过程中收集轨道内的异物,还会对无法清理的异物所在位置进行标记,方便工作人员快速定位进行处理,防止影响火车的正常运行,节省人力物力,提高工作效率。
