The invention provides a power battery and a self-adaptive dynamic adjustment charging method and system. The method comprises the following steps: reading the actual single cell voltage of the power battery; calculating the voltage deviation between the target voltage and the maximum single cell voltage; judging whether the voltage deviation is within a preset voltage difference range or not; if yes, adjusting the charging current based on the voltage deviation and a PID control algorithm including proportional, integral and differential control processes; and if not, carrying out constant-current charging by using the charging-completed dead-zone current. The charging current is defined according to the cell difference, the cell voltage and the charging current have high relevance, the charging current is dynamically adjusted through the cell voltage, the charging speed is increased, the accuracy of the charging remaining time is improved, and the probability that the battery is fully charged, the performance is fully exerted and the battery is not damaged is increased.
本发明提供一种动力电池以及自适应动态调整的充电方法和系统,读取动力电池实际的单体电芯电压;计算目标电压与最大单体电芯电压的电压偏差;判断电压偏差是否在预设压差范围内:若是,基于电压偏差以及包括比例、积分、微分控制过程的PID控制算法调整充电电流;若否,使用充电完成死区电流进行恒流充电。根据电芯差异来定义充电电流,电芯电压和充电电流具有较强关联性,通过电芯电压动态调整充电电流,提高充电速度,提高充电剩余时间的准确性,提高电池完全充满、性能完全发挥且不损伤电池的概率。
