The invention discloses a driver drinking control method, device and equipment and a storage medium, whether the first alcohol concentration data and the first driver image data meet the preset starting condition or not is judged jointly, the reliability of the judgment result is guaranteed, and therefore the safety after a vehicle is started is improved; besides, through the process of obtaining the second alcohol concentration data and the second driver image data again based on the current state information of the vehicle and conducting detection again, the situation that drunk driving is caused after the driver is replaced is avoided, so that the effectiveness of driver drinking control is further guaranteed, and the safety of vehicle driving is improved; meanwhile, due to the fact that detection is conducted again under the condition that the current state information meets a certain condition, real-time detection is not needed, the calculation amount during detection can be reduced, and the hardware cost of a corresponding calculation unit is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种驾驶员饮酒控制方法、装置、设备及存储介质,通过将第一酒精浓度数据及第一驾驶员图像数据共同来判断是否符合预设启动条件,保证了判断结果的可靠性,从而提高了启动车辆后的安全性;另外,通过基于车辆的当前状态信息重新获取第二酒精浓度数据及第二驾驶员图像数据并进行再次检测的过程,避免了更换驾驶员后导致出现酒驾的情况,从而进一步保证了驾驶员饮酒控制的有效性,提高了车辆行驶的安全性;同时,由于是在当前状态信息满足一定条件的情况下才重新进行检测,不需要实时进行检测,这样可以降低进行检测时的运算量,从而降低了相应计算单元的硬件成本。
