The invention belongs to the technical field of variable stiffness decoupling suspensions, and particularly relates to a series type variable stiffness decoupling suspension, a stiffness matching method, a damping matching method and an adjusting method.The series type variable stiffness decoupling suspension comprises a pair of cushioning supports, each cushioning support comprises a vertical torsion rod spring, and the bottom end of each vertical torsion rod spring is sleeved with a rotating sleeve; the rotating sleeve is provided with a first swing arm, a second swing arm, a third swing arm and a fourth swing arm; a pull rod is hinged to the tail end of the first swing arm, a control arm is hinged to the other end of the pull rod, and a steering tie rod is hinged to the control arm; connecting rods are hinged to the front sides of the second swing arms, and transverse torsion rod springs are hinged to the connecting rods of the two cushioning supports. A transverse magnetorheological damper is hinged between the third swing arms of the two cushioning brackets; a longitudinal barrel type magnetorheological damper is hinged to the tail end of the fourth swing arm; a spring supporting structure is hinged to the top of the vertical torsion rod spring, different operation working conditions can be adapted, and the smoothness and controllability of the vehicle in the curve and high-speed working conditions are improved.
