The invention discloses a variable-rigidity and variable-damping independent suspension system and a vehicle, and the suspension system comprises a spring bracket, a spiral spring, a lower support pin shaft, an upper swing arm assembly, an upper swing arm pin shaft, a wheel edge, a lower swing arm assembly, a lower swing arm pin shaft, a shock absorber and a limiting block assembly, the spring support comprises a bottom plate, a first top plate, a second top plate, a first reinforcing rib, a second reinforcing rib, a transverse plate and a side plate, the upper portion of the bottom plate is connected with the outer side of the frame, and the lower portion of the bottom plate is connected with the outer side of the beam. The lower end of the top plate II is connected with a limiting block assembly; the other end of the upper swing arm assembly is connected with the upper end of the wheel edge; one end of the lower swing arm assembly is connected with the axle housing, the other end is connected with the lower end of the wheel edge, and two sides of the middle part are respectively connected with the spring lower support and the shock absorber. The spring has different buffering performance, and maintenance can be conveniently conducted when the spring fails; heat dissipation of the shock absorber is facilitated, and the failure rate of a suspension system is reduced

    本发明公开了一种变刚度变阻尼的独立悬架系统及车辆,所述悬架系统包括弹簧支架、螺旋弹簧、下支座销轴、上摆臂总成、上摆臂销轴、轮边、下摆臂总成、下摆臂销轴、减振器、限位块总成,所述弹簧支架包括底板、顶板一、顶板二、加强筋一、加强筋二、横板和侧板,底板上部与车架外侧连接,下部与横梁外侧连接;顶板一下端连接弹簧上支座,顶板二下端连接限位块总成;上摆臂总成一端与横梁连接,另一端与轮边上端连接;所述下摆臂总成一端与桥壳连接,另一端与轮边下端连接,中间部分两侧分别连接弹簧下支座与减振器。本发明具有不同的缓冲性能,便于在弹簧失效时进行维护;有利于减振器散热,降低悬架系统故障率。
