The invention provides a vehicle-mounted communication unit standby battery diagnosis method, which is characterized in that a first capacitor is connected between a digital power supply pin and a digital ground pin of an overcharge and over-discharge protection chip, the first capacitor is connected with a battery cell in parallel, and an open collector circuit and an open drain circuit of the overcharge and over-discharge protection chip are connected with an overcharge and over-discharge control MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) (transistor); the over-charge and over-discharge protection chip is connected in parallel with the second capacitor, pins of the second capacitor are respectively connected with a positive terminal and a negative terminal of a standby battery connector, the negative terminal of the standby battery connector is connected with a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) terminal of the standby battery connector, and the NTC terminal of the standby battery connector is connected with an NTC pull-up power supply controllable circuit. A standby battery NTC pull-up controllable circuit is added, variable information is expanded to eight for battery fault judgment in combination with the non-charging state and the charging state of a BUB (standby battery pack), and more accurate fault information is provided for reporting vehicle fault information to a background service center so as to provide subsequent after-sales service.

    本发明提供了一种车载通信单元备用电池诊断方法,过充过放保护芯片的数字电源引脚和数字地引脚之间连接有第一电容,第一电容的与电芯之间并联,过充过放保护芯片的集电极开路和漏极开路均连接有过充过放控制MOSFET(晶体管),过充过放保护芯片与第二电容之间并联,第二电容的引脚分别连接有备用电池连接器正负极端子,在备用电池连接器负极端子上连接有备用电池连接器NTC(备用电池)端子,在备用电池连接器NTC端子上连接有NTC上拉电源可控电路。增加了备用电池NTC上拉可控电路,结合BUB(备用电池包)非充电状态和充电状态,将变量信息扩展到8个进行电池故障判断,为车辆故障信息上报后台服务中心以至于后续的售后服务提供更准确的故障信息。
