The invention relates to a reservoir omnibearing monitoring device comprising a floating ring which can float on the water surface; the water level detection unit is arranged on the floating ring, and the water level detection unit can transmit and receive water level detection signals; the water quality detection unit is arranged on the floating ring, and the water quality detection unit can be used for collecting and analyzing a water quality sample; the central processing controller is electrically connected with the water level detection unit and the water quality detection unit, and the central processing controller can process data and send the data to a data receiving end; the signal reflecting plate can reflect at least part of water level detection signals sent by the water level detection unit; and the limiting mechanism can limit the floating ring and the signal reflecting plate. The reservoir omnibearing monitoring equipment is simple and convenient to install, can monitor the water level and water quality of environments such as reservoirs, lakes and rivers in real time, and remotely transmits corresponding monitoring data.
