    本发明涉及无人机技术领域,公开了一种无人直升机机身骨架及其制造方法,所述上梁架与下梁架的支架两端呈两两对称形式设置有第一承载支臂,所述上梁架与下梁架的支架前后两侧且靠近两端位置处呈两两对称形式设置有第二承载支臂,所述上梁架与下梁架的支架前后侧且靠近中心位置处呈两两对称形式设置有第三承载支臂。本发明所构成的机身骨架,其骨架主梁为多截面,钣金一体模具成型,可以在水平方向阻断震动传递和改变同频震动,同时整个机身骨架采用焊接成型,其上下梁架之间采用竖直方向的斜连接,其到斜撑受力形式,不仅能够将机械震动竖向传递,同时能够水平传递,改变其同频振动所带来的共振。
