The invention discloses a driving rod for maintenance outside a space station cabin. The driving rod is composed of a transmission rod, a shell, a limiting block, a shifting rod switch, a shifting piece switch, a grab handle and a fixing pin. The driving rod is used in cooperation with an outboard electric tool, the driving rod is inserted into an equipment maintenance hole firstly, then the electric tool and the rear end of the driving rod are combined and installed, and by adjusting the output angle of the electric tool, a rotating mechanism in maintenance equipment is driven through the driving rod. According to the driving rod for space station extravehicular maintenance, when a motor of space station extravehicular equipment breaks down, the driving rod can be carried out of a cabin by an astronaut and used for driving a faulted joint to move and assisting equipment to be adjusted to a maintenance configuration, and a convenient maintenance posture is provided for follow-up on-orbit maintenance work.

    本发明公开一种空间站舱外维修用驱动杆,由传动杆、外壳、限位块、拨杆开关、拨片开关、握柄、固定销组成。驱动杆与舱外电动工具配合使用,先将驱动杆插入设备维修孔中,再将电动工具与驱动杆后端进行组合安装,通过调整电动工具输出角度,经由驱动杆来驱动维修设备内部旋转机构。本发明的一种空间站舱外维修用驱动杆,可在空间站舱外设备电机发生故障时,由航天员携带出舱,用于驱动故障关节运动,辅助设备调整至维修构型,为后续在轨维修工作提供便捷的维修姿态。
