The invention provides a spacecraft surface heat insulation device capable of generating power through solar energy. The spacecraft surface heat insulation device comprises a flexible solar panel (3), a buckle piece (4), a nylon fastener tape (5) and a multi-layer heat insulation assembly (900). The multi-layer heat insulation assembly (900) comprises a multi-layer insulation film (1) and a heat insulation unit (2), and the flexible solar panel (3) is assembled with the multi-layer heat insulation assembly (900) through a buckle piece (4) and then fixed to the surface of a spacecraft through a nylon fastener tape (5). According to the invention, the adverse effect on thermal control caused by a spacecraft body battery piece can be solved, so that the surface of the spacecraft is isolated from sunlight irradiation and high-temperature baking of the battery piece is avoided, and meanwhile, the sunlight irradiation can be fully utilized to generate more electric energy. For a spacecraft with an expansion type solar panel, electric energy supplementation can be brought to the spacecraft, and when the spacecraft cannot provide enough energy due to on-orbit faults, basic emergency electric energy can be provided for the spacecraft.
