The invention discloses a spacecraft extravehicular load internal device high-stability temperature control device, which comprises a first module, a temperature sensitive device, a circuit component and a first coating piece are connected in the first module, a groove body is arranged on the first module, and the first coating piece coats the temperature sensitive device; the outside of the first module makes contact with a semiconductor cooler, the end, away from the first module, of the semiconductor cooler makes contact with a steam cavity, a first heat insulation piece is arranged between the steam cavity and the first module, and the steam cavity is connected to a heat sink. The heat sink is connected with a second wrapping piece, and the second wrapping piece wraps the first module, the semiconductor cooler and the steam cavity. According to the invention, high-stability temperature control can be carried out on the temperature-sensitive device in the out-of-cabin load of the aircraft, the problem of temperature interference of surrounding circuit components on the temperature-sensitive device can be solved, and the temperature control efficiency and the temperature control stability are obviously improved.

    本发明公开了一种航天器舱外载荷的内部器件高稳定控温装置,其包括第一模块,第一模块内连接有温度敏感器件、电路元器件和第一包覆件,第一模块上设置有槽体,第一包覆件包覆于温度敏感器件外;第一模块的外部接触半导体制冷器,半导体制冷器远离第一模块的一端接触蒸汽腔,蒸汽腔与第一模块之间设置有第一隔热件,蒸汽腔连接在热沉上;热沉上连接第二包覆件,第二包覆件包覆于第一模块、半导体制冷器和蒸汽腔外。本发明可对航空器舱外载荷内部的温度敏感器件进行高稳定控温,能解决周围电路元器件对温度敏感器件温度干扰问题,控温效率和控温稳定性显著提高。
