Comprising an opening cover combined structure (1), an opening frame combined structure (2) and a quick-release lock (3), the covering cap combined structure (1) is composed of a honeycomb sandwich structure (11), a first embedded part (12) and a second embedded part (13); the floor quick-release covering cap is arranged on an upper interface of a large closed watertight compartment of a fuselage and is also arranged in a non-pressurized area cabin-penetrating floor operating area, and the floor quick-release covering cap can quickly enter the closed watertight compartment to maintain systems such as an oil tank and the like through a quick-release lock (through first-stage quick release without a special tool); the upper surface of the floor quick-release opening cover is consistent with a peripheral floor (without special convex objects), and the use of an operation space of emergency rescue equipment can be met.
