The invention relates to the technical field of ship propulsion, and discloses a ship electric propulsion system based on a fuel cell and a control system.The propulsion system is installed on a ship and comprises a direct-current converter, a fuel cell subsystem and a composite energy storage subsystem; the fuel cell subsystem comprises a fuel cell stack, and the composite energy storage subsystem comprises a lithium battery and a super capacitor; the fuel cell stack, the lithium battery and the super capacitor are connected with an external ship load through the direct current converter; and the direct-current converter performs voltage-stabilizing current-limiting conversion on the electric energy of the fuel cell stack, the lithium battery and the super capacitor and then supplies power to an external ship load. A fuel cell stack is connected with a direct-current converter and serves as a main power source of ship electric propulsion, a lithium battery and a super capacitor are connected with the direct-current converter, the lithium battery serves as a standby and starting power source, and charging and discharging control is achieved through the direct-current converter; the super capacitor serves as a compensation power supply, is equipped with a direct-current converter, and has rapid charging and discharging and peak regulation functions.

    本发明涉及船舶推进技术领域,公开了一种基于燃料电池的船舶电力推进系统以及控制系统,该推进系统安装在船舶上,包括:直流变换器、燃料电池子系统和复合储能子系统;燃料电池子系统包括燃料电池电堆,复合储能子系统包括锂电池和超级电容;燃料电池电堆、锂电池和超级电容均通过直流变换器连接外部船舶负载;直流变换器将燃料电池电堆、锂电池和超级电容的电能进行稳压限流变换后为外部船舶负载供电。本发明燃料电池电堆连接直流变换器,作为船舶电力推进的主动力源,锂电池和超级电容连接直流变换器,锂电池作为备用和启动电源,通过直流变换器实现充放电控制;超级电容作为补偿电源,配备直流变换器,具备快速充放电和调峰功能。
