The invention discloses a sea energy driven aircraft carrier ship assembly which comprises a ship body and an air storage tank. The ship body comprises a submerged body, an overhead layer, an equipment layer, a functional cabin layer and a sky surface layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the functional cabin layer is provided with a functional cabin deck; the overhead layer is provided with a first truss structure, the first truss structure is connected between the submerged body and the functional cabin deck, and the gas storage tank is installed on the first truss structure. According to the sea energy driven aircraft carrier ship assembly, the actual waterline of the ship is adjusted by adjusting the water level in the diving body, sailing of the ship is facilitated, and good conditions are provided for overhauling and sea wave energy collection.
