The invention discloses a tire rubber component precision design method, which comprises the following steps: carrying out simulation analysis according to tire performance design requirements to obtain a finished product section size meeting the tire performance requirements; based on a dimension conversion principle between a finished product and a semi-finished product, calculating the semi-finished product dimension at each position by simulating a calculation mode between the finished product dimension and the semi-finished product dimension; and obtaining product verification data of a plurality of groups of tires, carrying out data analysis, and judging whether a data result meets an error value range or not and meets a precision design requirement or not. Through design and verification of four aspects of tire body cord thread stretching, belted layer stretching, tire structure, semi-finished product size and stretching in the process, accurate design of the size of the lower layer cushion rubber of the belted layer of the tire is realized.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎胶料部件精准度的设计方法,包括根据轮胎性能设计要求进行模拟分析,得到满足轮胎性能要求的成品断面尺寸;基于成品和半成品之间尺寸转换原理,通过模拟成品尺寸和半成品尺寸之间计算方式,计算得到各个位置半成品尺寸;获取若干组轮胎的产品验证数据并进行数据分析,判断数据结果是否满足误差值范围,以及是否符合精准化设计要求。本发明通过胎体帘线伸展,带束层伸张,轮胎结构,半成品尺寸和过程中的拉伸四个方面设计和验证,实现轮胎带束层下层垫胶尺寸的精准设计。
