The invention relates to a high-temperature-change-resistant gap heat sealing material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: nesting a fiber-reinforced aerogel composite material inner core into an elastic metal framework to obtain a nested inner core layer; coating the nested inner core layer with an organic anti-seepage film to obtain an anti-seepage inner core layer; coating the anti-seepage inner core layer with a fiber coating layer to obtain a fiber coating; and coating the fiber coating with a coating to obtain the high-temperature-change-resistant gap heat sealing material. The invention further provides the high-temperature-change-resistant gap heat sealing material prepared by the method and application of the sealing material in gap sealing. The sealing material disclosed by the invention has the rebound rate of 90% or above, the compression amount of 40% and excellent temperature resistance, can realize a very excellent sealing effect, and is particularly suitable for heat sealing of gaps with variable widths.
本发明涉及耐高温变缝隙热密封材料及其制备方法。所述方法包括:将纤维增强气凝胶复合材料内芯嵌套到弹性金属骨架中,得到嵌套内芯层;使用有机防渗膜包覆嵌套内芯层,得到防渗内芯层;使用纤维包覆层包覆防渗内芯层,得到纤维包覆物;使用涂料对纤维包覆物进行涂覆,得到所述耐高温变缝隙热密封材料。本发明还提供了由所述方法制得的耐高温变缝隙热密封材料以及所述密封材料在缝隙密封中的应用。本发明的密封材料具有90%以上的回弹率、高达40%的压缩量和优异的耐温性,能够实现非常优异的密封效果,特别适合用于宽度变化的缝隙的热密封。
