The leisure sightseeing system is installed on the deck and the stand column, the hydrogen production and storage system and the seawater desalination system are installed on the deck, the power generation system is installed on the deck, the stand column and the floating body, the breeding system is installed on the deck, the stand column and the floating body, and the power generation system, the leisure sightseeing system, the hydrogen production and storage system, the seawater desalination system and the breeding system are all connected with the central control room. The leisure sightseeing system, the hydrogen production and storage system, the seawater desalination system and the culture system are all connected with the power generation system. The key technical problems in offshore wind and light power generation, hydrogen production and hydrogen storage of deep and far sea and improvement of comprehensive benefits and space utilization rate of mariculture are solved.
