The invention provides a design method of a high-dynamic external visual collection and transmission pod system, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft test flight testing. The method mainly comprises the steps of design of an external pod structure, design of a long-endurance multifunctional power supply module, real-time acquisition and storage and camera triggering. The pod is transformed, and a hemispherical wave-transparent cover is additionally installed, a power supply module is designed and the like. The unmanned aerial vehicle is hung outside the aircraft, and three cameras are used for collecting images at the same time to shoot a target aircraft in real time. Firstly, image acquisition of a high-dynamic scene outside a machine is carried out, and then video image stitching is completed. And then image information acquired from the camera is processed in the core processor, the processed images are spliced and played in a video stream form, and the spliced images are transmitted to the ground through the data communication system.

    本发明提供了高动态机外视景采集及传输吊舱系统设计方法,属于飞机试飞测试技术领域。该方法主要通过机外吊舱结构设计、长续航多功能供电模块设计、实时采集存储、相机触发。通过对吊舱进行改造,增加半球型透波罩安装,供电模块设计等。将其悬挂在机外,利用三台相机同时进行图像采集,对目标飞机进行实时拍摄。首先进行机外高动态场景的图像采集,再完成视频图像拼接。然后在核心处理器中将从相机中获取到的图像信息处理,处理后的图像进行拼接并以视频流的形式进行播放,通过数据通讯系统传输到地面。
