The invention relates to a charging port structure, a charging assembly and a vehicle. The charging port structure comprises a vehicle machine end main structure, a rotating disc assembly, an elastic piece and a blocking disc. The rotating disc assembly is provided with a through hole for the charging socket to be exposed. The rotating disc assembly can rotate relative to the vehicle machine end main structure, and a sliding groove at least extending in the radial direction of the charging socket is formed in the rotating disc assembly. The elastic piece abuts against the vehicle machine end main structure and the rotating disc assembly. The blocking disc is rotatably connected to the vehicle machine end main structure and can slide in the sliding groove. When charging is needed, the rotating disc assembly is rotated to drive the blocking disc to rotate in the first direction, the blocking disc slides along the sliding groove and is made to rotate outwards to open the through hole, and the charging gun can be inserted into the charging socket for charging; after charging is completed, the rotating disc assembly rotates in the second direction under the elastic effect of the elastic piece, and the blocking disc rotates inwards and shields the through hole, so that the problem that a wiring hole in the charging socket is exposed outside, and potential safety hazards are caused is solved.
