The invention discloses a flight space-time limitation automatic warning method and device for an aircraft cockpit. The method comprises the steps that a flight space-time limitation area is acquired; acquiring real-time track data and motion data; according to the flight space-time restricted area, the real-time track data and the motion data, establishing a position relation judgment algorithm, and according to the position relation judgment algorithm, calculating to obtain a linear distance from the aircraft to the flight space-time restricted area; and issuing a distance threshold alarm and an information warning according to the linear distance from the aircraft to the flight space-time restricted area. The flight path data and the flight motion data of the airplane are collected in real time in a cockpit, a position relation judgment algorithm is established, and the distance from the airplane to the specific flight space-time limitation is automatically calculated; and real-time alarm information is generated according to the preset distance threshold, so that the consciousness of the pilot is enhanced, and the perception and identification of the pilot on the flight space-time limitation are promoted.
