The invention discloses a wiring-free intelligent parking management system based on a quick start technology. The wiring-free intelligent parking management system comprises low-position quick start parking space management equipment and an intelligent parking management background. The low-position quick start parking space management equipment comprises an SoC processor and an MCU controller connected with the SoC processor, the SoC processor is connected with a camera module and a wireless communication unit, and the MCU controller is connected with a sensor unit; the SoC processor, the camera module and the wireless communication unit are in a shutdown state when waiting for a coming vehicle, and when the vehicle behavior and the parking space state change, the MCU controller sends a quick start instruction to the SoC processor and the camera module to identify the vehicle and uploads an identification result to an intelligent parking management background through the wireless communication unit. And a complete parking event evidence chain is formed. The system provided by the invention is powered by the battery module and is integrated with the wireless communication unit, so that the pavement is not required to be excavated for power and network wiring during construction and installation.

    本发明公开了基于快速启动技术的免布线智能停车管理系统,包括:低位快速启动车位管理设备、智能停车管理后台。低位快速启动车位管理设备包括:SoC处理器,及与SoC处理器连接的MCU控制器,SoC处理器连接有摄像机模组及无线通讯单元,MCU控制器连接有传感器单元;SoC处理器、摄像机模组、无线通讯单元在等待来车时处于关机状态,当车辆行为及车位状态产生变化时,MCU控制器对SoC处理器及摄像机模组发出快速启动指令,对车辆进行识别,将识别结果通过无线通讯单元上传到智能停车管理后台,形成完整的停车事件证据链。本发明的系统由电池模组供电,并集成无线通讯单元,施工安装时免于开挖路面进行电力及网络布线。
