The invention discloses a graph theory-based traction substation group cut-through power supply system reliability analysis method. Firstly, the reliability of electrical elements in a traction substation group cut-through power supply system is evaluated; secondly, topologizing the physical structure node-branch of the traction substation group through power supply system, and assigning the reliability to the corresponding node-branch; and finally, the reliability of the power supply area is calculated and determined, and reliability grades are divided. The method has the advantages that the physical structure of the complex traction substation group cut-through power supply system is topologized through the nodes and the branches, the reliability level of the traction substation group cut-through power supply system is evaluated in real time, and the method is simple and efficient.
