The invention discloses an air quality prediction method based on traffic jam index and multi-source data fusion, which comprises the following steps: collecting and preprocessing related influence factors such as atmospheric pollutants, meteorological element data and traffic jam index of an urban national control station, and establishing a multi-source heterogeneous data set; a GCN model is constructed, and traffic jam index feature fusion is realized through a grey correlation model; establishing a mapping relation between the traffic jam index and the traffic sensitive pollutants and meteorological elements; the concentration of the traffic sensitive pollutants is predicted by adopting historical air quality conditions, meteorological factors and traffic jam indexes, and the prediction effect of the integrated model is evaluated; according to the method, the traffic jam index is combined with the meteorological data and the pollutant data, the influence of the traffic jam condition on the spatial and temporal distribution of the regional pollutant concentration is considered, the influence of the pollution emergency is evaluated, and the problems that the air quality data fluctuation change is large and the prediction effect is not accurate enough are solved. And the accuracy and reliability of the air quality prediction model are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于交通拥堵指数和多源数据融合的空气质量预测方法,对城市国控站点大气污染物、气象要素数据及交通拥堵指数等相关影响因子进行采集、预处理,建立多源异构数据集;构建GCN模型,通过灰色关联模型实现交通拥堵指数特征融合;建立交通拥堵指数与交通敏感污染物、气象要素的映射关系;采用历史空气质量状况、气象因素和交通拥堵指数对交通敏感污染物浓度进行预测,并对集成模型预测效果进行评估;本发明将交通拥堵指数与气象数据和污染物数据相结合,考虑交通拥堵情况对区域污染物浓度的时空分布的影响,评估污染突发事件影响解决空气质量数据波动变化大,预测效果不够精确等问题,提高空气质量预测模型的准确性和可靠性。
