本发明提出一种面向偏载的水润滑径向轴承及设计方法,包括轴承壳体和轴瓦,轴承壳体及轴瓦均为圆柱筒体结构,轴承壳体外套于轴瓦,并通过连接件连接紧固,轴瓦与轴承壳体的接触面上,沿轴向嵌设有多个减振耐磨套筒,轴承壳体的首端及尾端分别设有止挡圈,本发明通过橡胶材料或弹性金属丝材料的弹性自适应的特点,可以有效缓解偏载下轴承轴瓦局部应力集中,同时降低轴承的横向振动。
