The invention discloses an automatic hanging and dismounting device for a counterweight and a control method in the technical field of engineering machinery, and aims to solve the problems of complicated hanging and dismounting operation, low safety and the like of the counterweight of a crane in the prior art, the automatic hanging and dismounting device comprises a rotary table and a plurality of counterweight oil cylinders, and the rotary table is indirectly connected with a slewing race of a frame through a slewing bearing; the rotary seat ring is provided with two roller paths which are arranged up and down, the two roller paths are arranged in a convex surface mode and provided with grooves, the grooves of the first roller path and the second roller path are distributed in a staggered mode, the rotary table is connected with two sensors through a support, and the sensors correspondingly make contact with the first roller path and the second roller path respectively; when the sensors are located at different positions, the sensors output different signals to the controller, the controller is matched with a movement route according to the received signals at the two positions, and therefore the balancing weight is automatically hooked and detached. According to the invention, an original manual hooking scheme is replaced, the operation efficiency is effectively improved, a two-gear speed control strategy is provided, and the intelligent degree is improved.

    本发明公开了一种工程机械技术领域的平衡重自动挂接、拆卸装置及控制方法,旨在解决现有技术中起重机的平衡重挂接拆卸操作繁琐,安全性不高等问题,其包括转台和多个配重油缸,转台与车架的回转座圈通过回转支承间接连接,回转座圈设有呈上下布置的两个滚道,其均呈凸面设置,且布置有凹槽,第一滚道和第二滚道的凹槽交错分布,转台通过支架连接有两个传感器,传感器分别与第一滚道、第二滚道对应接触;当传感器位于不同位置时,其输出不同信号至控制器,控制器根据接收到的两处信号匹配运动路线,从而进行平衡重自动挂接、拆卸。本发明代替原手动挂接方案,有效提高了操作效率,且具备两档速度控制策略,提升了智能化程度。
