The invention discloses a tool assembly and an assembling method. The tool assembly and the assembling method are used for forming a variable-cross-section special-shaped cabin section. The tool assembly comprises a first tool, a second tool and more than two positioning structures, wherein the first tool is provided with a positioning disc used for being connected and positioned with the end face of the large end of a force bearing body; the second tool comprises a base, a restraint ring and a lantern ring used for being arranged at the large end of the heat-proof sleeve in a sleeving mode, and the restraint ring is arranged on the base and used for conducting positioning and shape maintaining on the peripheral face of the small end of the heat-proof sleeve; the positioning structure comprises a protruding part and a containing part which are in sliding fit, one of the protruding part and the containing part is arranged on the first tool, and the other one is arranged on the lantern ring; the more than two positioning structures are arranged in the circumferential direction of the lantern ring and the first tool at intervals, the axial direction of the positioning structures is parallel to the axial direction of the lantern ring, a vertical sleeving scheme is adopted, the deformation of the outer molded surface of the heat-proof sleeve is effectively avoided, and through the tool positioning reference, after the protruding part and the containing part are in butt joint, the heat-proof sleeve is prevented from being deformed. And the correct relative position relation after the heat-proof layer and the force-bearing body are sleeved is directly ensured.

    本发明公开了一种工装组件和装配方法,用于变截面异形舱段的成型。该工装组件包括第一工装、第二工装以及2个以上定位结构,第一工装设有用于与承力体的大端端面连接定位的定位盘;第二工装包括基座、约束环和用于套设于防热套的大端的套环,约束环设于基座上、用于对防热套的小端的外周面定位维形;定位结构包括滑动配合的凸出部和容纳部,凸出部和容纳部中,一个设于第一工装上、另一个设于套环;2个以上定位结构沿套环和第一工装的周向间隔设置,且定位结构的轴向平行于套环的轴向,采用立式套装的方案,有效避免防热套的外型面变形,通过工装定位基准,使得凸出部和容纳部对接后,直接保证防热层及承力体套装后相对位置关系正确。
