The invention discloses a liquefaction ship heating coil pipe system which comprises a bottom coil pipe provided with an inlet, a reflux inlet and an isolation switching device, the isolation switching device isolates a low-temperature system from a high-temperature system and enables the low-temperature system or the high-temperature system to be independently communicated with the bottom coil pipe so that circulation of the bottom coil pipe can be kept, and the low-temperature system or the high-temperature system can be independently communicated with the bottom coil pipe. The bottom coil pipe is switched between a low-temperature system and a high-temperature system; the isolation switching device comprises a columnar cylinder body, a piston body and a driving rod, the piston body is arranged in the columnar cylinder body in a sliding connection mode, and the piston body is provided with two cavities which divide the interior of the columnar cylinder body into three isolated cavities. By arranging the isolation switching device, the coil pipe in the heating system can be controlled to be switched among a low-temperature system, a high-temperature system and a closing system, and when the isolation switching device is communicated with the low-temperature system or the high-temperature system respectively, a heating medium cannot be streamed between the high-temperature system and the low-temperature system during normal use.
